Based On The Channel Management Of Special Equipment Manufacturing Research To The Influential Factors Of Working Capital Management Performance

For modern enterprises,all the management and development of the enterprise management has the inseparable relations with funds,an enterprise can give scientific and effective control and management of working capital,directly related to the operation of enterprises to achieve the goals of development and benefit,is the importance of working capital management for the enterprise to be reckoned with,and how to do a good job in working capital management,the enterprise operating funds management need to be aware of what are the main problems,by combining the concrete practice,working capital management aspect of the enterprise easy to encounter difficulties and failures,the focus of the need to pay attention to issues for discussion and research,and analysis from the Angle of channel management,what are the main factors that affect enterprise working capital management,and what measures should be taken to the formulation and management scheme of the implementation of the management measures.Hope can through the study of this article,for our country enterprise management of working capital management theory in the field of development provide a useful boost.This article research is roughly covers two major parts.One is the core concept and the key theory of this study are clear,define the concept of working capital management,working capital management theory,the theory of channel management thought to give interpretation.With the examples of special equipment for manufacturing the mechanism of the influence factors of working capital management.Second is special equipment manufacturing industry by using SPSS software analysis of working capital management in 2016 to carry out the situation,through the analysis of application of related theory proposed the influence special equipment for manufacturing the influence factors of performance management of working capital,and by using the empirical model for the correlation of various factors affecting are verified,thus to improve the special equipment manufacturing industry to provide direction of working capital management performance.Through the analysis,in this paper,the case of working capital management performance for the system research,found that the purchase channels of accounts payable management related to material procurement capacity and its procurement channels working capital turnover period showed a significant negative correlation,upstream suppliers,especially the top five suppliers at the same time enterprise aggregation degree and enterprise procurement channels working capital turnover period showed "U" type;Channels of the production of the enterprise human resource cost and in the production of capital intensive and turnover period of working capital in the enterprise production showed a significant negative correlation relationship;Accounts receivable management of the enterprise sales channels and marketing chain working capital turnover period showed a significant positive correlation,the degree of customer gathered with enterprise marketing fund turnover period showed a significant correlation between the "inverted U" type.
