Chinese Rural Credit Cooperatives Reform Mode Analysis

This article on the basis of the brief reviews of the developing history of Chinese rural credit cooperatives , analyze the reform reason of the rural credit cooperatives, that is the large financial requirement in countryside economy development , but the countryside financial supply badly absence ,also as the rural finance main force , rural credit cooperatives have many problems in the development and obviously at disadvantage in market competition ,so just the reform can provide rural credit cooperatives new development .At present ,there are three kinds of modes of reform of rural credit cooperatives, rural commercial bank, rural cooperative bank, province Cooperative Union. This article process detail analysis for each mode found background, property right character, management system, running situation and itself advantage and disadvantage, also process compare study for three kinds of reform mode, consider rural credit cooperatives still need further deepen reform .Base on the experience of other country cooperating finance development, according to cooperating finance theory and Hugh T.Patrick's theory of "demand-following" and "supply leading " one the relation between economy and finance, link to actual situation of our country imbalance economy development and countryside large different finance requirement , consider rural credit cooperatives reform should aim at different character of our countryside different area economy development, chose right mode to process reform according to local conditions ,to be specific ;to set up rural commercial bank in the eastern developed rural area; to try rural cooperative bank in middle part where the economic development level is general, to set up province Cooperative Union in poor economy area .Cause those three mode all have their advantage and disadvantage ,also happen some new situation and new problem in the running period, so lastly this article also provide the suggestion for the improvement and development of reform modes of rural credit cooperatives.
