In recent years, the economic development of Huizhou city have made great progress, tax revenues of Huizhou also have made great progress, too. Huizhou is going into "the gold opportunity time". In view of Huizhou's tax revenue growth situation, the paper has a deep analysis of the sustainable growth of tax revenue. With the character of Huizhou economic development, the paper has carried on the empirical analysis of the tax revenue, the macro tax burden and the economic growth situation since 1994.
