As a software enterprise operator, the author is quite bothered by the software piracy. What is keep in the author's mind is how to prevent the invading of the piracy and how to keep the development of the software enterprise in an healthy and normal way.Through the analysis of the characters of the software and the piracy, the thesis is mainly describe the strategies about how to against the software piracy corresponding to the situation of the software development right now in our country. At the same time, it gives some doable suggestion from the enterprise's point which could be helpful for the enterprises to prevent the invading of the piracy.The main conclusions of this thesis are:①The development of the internet creates a new enterprise mode which called " internet and software". In this mode, the software enterprises can get over the harm which the piracy may bring availably. Besides, the enterprises can get considerable profit from the characters of the software and the internet.②The embedded system is the key technology to increase the ability of the competition in the manufacturing. The development of the manufacturing in our country brings quite a lot of business chances to the embedded system. Otherwise, the embedded system can prevent the piracy availably. The software enterprise and the manufacturing should mate and develop together.
