As a new system in our country, it is inescapability to have some defect because the stock market established late in our country and the social faith system is imperfect. So there are many legal problems in the course of the sponsor system implementing, and the article will analyze and study these problems basing on the comparison and analysis of foreign sponsor system.The main contents of the straight matter are as follows:First, Chapter one is to study definition and history of the sponsor system, the legal system of Chinese sponsor; and then anatomize the defect of Chinese sponsor in Chapter two, which relate structure of the sponsor, the sponsor qualification system, the term of the sponsor, the statutory duty of the sponsor and the responsibilities of the sponsor's lawbreaking.
