Construct And Apply The Evaluation System Of Sponsor Representatives

Since "Interim Measures for Sponsor System listing of the securities issuance" has been issued in 2004, sponsor representative system formally began in China. This system clearly the roles and responsibilities of the sponsor representative in the issuance of securities market, and it also helps financial intermediaries constraint issuers’illegal actions. Although the sponsor representative system has played a big role in Chinese securities market, the current regulation for the sponsor representatives are still not enough. So the sponsor representatives played favoritism and committed irregularities some times. Therefore the establishment of a system of evaluation for sponsor representatives, protecting the interests of investors, is a pressing need. Learn the theory and methods of evaluation system, deal with the literature researches about the sponsor, the sponsor representatives and so on, combine with expert method, I build the sponsor representatives evaluation system. In the end, use principal component factor analysis, I got all domestic sponsor representatives’score. Quantitative evaluation system related to the sponsor representatives is the first try in Chinese academic field, so there may be some shortcomings in this article.
