Research On The Sponsor System

Sponsor system is a legal system which is used in the Growth Enterprise Board in most foreign countries,but our country leads this legal system into Main Board,so there are some difficulties in the processes of localization of sponsor system.The implementation of this system in our country also didn't reach the expected effect. There are reasons about the legal environment of the capital market of China,also involves the way which we used to implement this system.this article has five parts:First chapter is to study definition of the sponsor system,and the legal nature and the characteristic of the sponsor.The second chapter is China sponsor system learned from the international basic of this field.The third chapter to compare the foreign sponsor system of the stock market such as the AIM of U.K.,the MESDAQ of Malaysia and the GEM of the Hong Kong as well as to sum up their common characteristic and analyze difference character.The fourth chapter After analyzed our own situation,based one the work in the front of the paper,in the last,I thought I found some way to resolve some of our problem,such as punish more for the issuer who break the law.thus to improve the sponsorship system.
