The Research On Agricultural Economic Growth Of Sichuan And The Influential Factors

The research on agricultural economic growth of Sichuan and the influential factors has always been focused on by most economists. As the history and development environment changing, the influential factors of agricultural economic growth gradually change too. Under the background of the synchronization of the "four modernizations" development strategy, studies the main influencing factors of the agricultural economic growth in Sichuan province can vigorously promote the agricultural modernization process and enhance the level of rural economic development. The study has profound and positive significance.This thesis consists of five parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background, significance and methods, as well as the related literatures and theories. From the two aspects of agricultural output and per capita agricultural output, the second part analyzes the agricultural economic growth. Then this paper made a prediction analysis on agricultural economic growth. The third part and the fourth part mainly analyze the internal and external factors affecting agricultural economic growth. Then, the paper builds a Cobb-Douglas function of agricultural production. It empirical analysis these factors how to affect the agricultural economic growth of Sichuan province. The fifth part is feasibility countermeasures of agricultural economic growth.The main conclusions of this paper include three aspects.(1) Estimating equation shows that per capita agricultural output grows faster than the growth of agricultural output.(2) In these internal influencing factors, the effect of physical capital and technological progress to agricultural economic growth of Sichuan province is obvious. They are main factors of promoting agricultural economic growth of Sichuan province. It is important to note that human capital has a negative effect on agricultural economic growth of Sichuan province. Land has not significant effects on agricultural economic growth.(3) In these external factors, rural households per capita living consumption and ecological-economic whole society fixed asset investment have a positive direction influence on agricultural economic growth of Sichuan province. Life consumption of rural households per capita has more significant effects on agricultural economic growth than the ecological-economic whole society fixed asset investment. Non-state-owned enterprises accounted for industrial gross industrial output value proportion has a positive effect on agricultural growth. That means the more developed market economy, the agricultural economic growth faster.This paper puts forward five policy proposals:actively guide the farmers to increase agricultural input; to increase support to agriculture science and technology; constantly improve the quality of the agricultural workers; control the total amount and structure of agricultural financial subsidies; continue to strengthen agricultural management system innovation.
