With the development of the society, the modern enterprises need not only to answer for the partner, but also to serve all the sides with benefit relations to develop consistently. So the implement of all the decision lies on the possibility of the enterprise value of the enterprise. And the partner of the enterprise, inventors also pay attention to this problem. So it is worthy to discuss which factors affect the value of enterprises.This article embarks from the enterprise value influence factor limits, profits from West's enterprise value influence factor theory and our country scholar's research results, take the automobile profession to be listed as the example, has carried on the thorough discussion to the enterprise value influence factor question.The article mainly conducts the research from following several aspects: First introduced the enterprise value correlation theories; Next, qualitative, quantitative analysis enterprise value influence factor, and has established the enterprise value influence factor target system; Then, carries on the automobile profession enterprise value influence factor the real diagnosis analysis.
