Study On Service Model Of Architectural Design Industry

With the opening of the Chinese architectural design market to foreign design industry , the Chinese architectural design industry has been communicating with foreign counterparts to exchange. Today in Chinese construction market, Diversification of investment and market demand for the traditional architectural design industry give challenge to the level of design Industry.At present, Chinese architectural design services industry model has been unable to enhance the professionalism of the design level of development effectively. Chinese transition period to the WTO has coming to an end, with the coming period of international market and integration of the times, the combination service mode of domestic design industry and international design development models is evitable.In this paper, the author analysis the Chinese architectural design service features and existing problem on the basis of Chinese-foreign joint design case (the United States, Germany, Japan, France, etc.), We contact with foreign design companies, learn more about the operation of foreign design companies and business models, and through the case of Chinese and foreign cooperative design services, content, fees, workflow, as well as the depth of design so that the Chinese architects and architectural design professionals to understand the work of foreign counterparts, the architectural design of foreign trade management as well as the design and content services which the architects should be required to provide. Chinese construction design and management services should be set up with the better understanding of international architects and construction activities of the functions of the the operation mode on the basis of Chinese condition. In this paper, the results of research has reference value for structural reforms of Chinese construction design industry.
