BIM technology brought new delivery models, namely 3D or 4D virtual simulation model for delivery, gradually become the research hotspot in construction enterprises. How to identify, evaluate and looking for the root causes of the risks of becoming BIM technology development of enterprises and enterprises of architectural design should consider the problem.Using grounded theory on architectural design enterprise should BIM technology risk identification.
