Along with economic development, urban infrastructure construction pace accelerating, the importance of building design industry has increasingly been recognized by society. Architectural design industry competition is becoming fiercer competition among enterprises will inevitably lead to human resource competition. SZ Architectural Design Institute as a knowledge-intensive professional design company to survive in the competitive market development, it must establish an effective performance appraisal system to objectively measure and evaluate design performance, the design staff for mobilizing the initiative of creating SZ core competitiveness of the Institute of Architectural Design have practical significance.This first study of the performance evaluation, knowledge-based staff performance appraisal theory, for a thesis on the theory platform; Further, the survey describes the SZ Architectural Design Institute of staff performance evaluation, such as appraisal of the contents of a single, strong subjective evaluation, appraisal purpose is not clear, the lack of a set of performance evaluation system for the problems; for evaluation of the major issues, this paper studies designed SZ Architectural Design Institute staff performance appraisal system, focusing on include: system design purposes and principles of evaluation and the main targets set, the indicator system construction, evaluation and determine the weights . The final papers on the design elements and implementation of performance evaluation measures were discussed. Research papers on SZ Institute of Architectural Design System Performance Evaluation role in facilitating the establishment of similar architectural enterprise performance appraisal system to establish better.The paper design the process of the index system construct for designers in FY design company,the system constructed the process synthesis to utilize the KPI, the MBO, the BEI, the AHP and so on, the research has been studied thoroughly.
