Industry cluster is a wide range of economic and social phenomenon,which is the new form of industrial organization between a pure market and a level of the organizational structure.China's Enterprise cluster produced a huge role in promoting for local small-medium enterprises and regional economic development such as the traditional manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang province clusters,Guangdong Province and Jiangsu province's PC production basement.Therefore,promoting the development of industrial clusters is of great significant which to promote China's development of SMEs and enhance regional economic competitiveness.At present,the industrial cluster study focused on the formation of industrial clusters,clusters of technological innovation and organizational structure of innovation and enterprise clusters based on the industrial policy and empirical research,and so on.We have to mention social capital,social capital as a special form of organization of industrial cluster formation and evolution of a very important role in promoting,and for the competitiveness of industrial clusters and the upgrading clusters are an important escalation of the impact.Anhui industrial cluster have a late starting,but developing very rapidly,the role of social capital is not to be ignored,in order to understand the compose of social capital and the related features of social networks based on industrial clusters in our province,My tutor and I went to start to research on the March 2007 at Dangtu of Anhui province,which not only get strong support by the local government,but also received a lot of valuable information.The main targets of this investigation are the local government and entrepreneurs,mainly related to the investigation of two aspects.The one part of the cluster development process,including basic situation,the status quo and the policy evolution of development process,the other related to the local basic of social capital,including the formation of social networks,the compose of social capital and social capital constitutes governance and so an.Trying to study the phenomenon of industrial clusters to reveal inherent characteristics of social capital,to enrich and deepen the social capital theory,on how to create a conducive to underdeveloped areas within the industrial cluster of social capital formation,the accumulation of environmental innovation,enhance regional ability to innovate is important policy reference value.In this paper,we let the theory of social capital into the industry cluster study,which is China industrial clusters on the issue of the new starting point in recent years,social capital is a new interpretation of a strong concept,first applied to sociological research.Through in-depth study of many scholars, social capital's field has been extended to democratic politics,employment,economic development and social equity and so on.However,social capital theory has not yet formed a standardized system of the theory and analysis methods,so it's still in continuous improvement and development.This paper has absorbed the main results about the existing social capital,taken from the Anhui Industrial Cluster empirical research,studied the role of social capital,and confirmed the positive role of social capital.However,the social capital in the industrial clusters from Anhui province is based on a geographical basis of blood and the closure of the traditional,lack of modern social capital.As the economy develops,these traditions of social capital defects gradually appear.Therefore,not only to nurture our province in the modern enterprise cluster of social capital,but also to optimize the existing traditional social capital.The author of this paper discusses the influencing factors about the development of social capital in Anhui province,from the cluster of enterprises and government making policy about developing and optimizing social capital.
