Research On Development Trend Of Road Furnishing In Our Country

From new country that was established, road development has not been satisfied the demand of economic. After Reform and openness, it is more obvious. To resolve the problem of severe scarcity of road building money, the State Department decided to take the road charging to raise money. From then on, road build b began to develop greatly. After developing for more than 20 years, road build gained the great accomplishment. At the same time, it exist quite many problems and has attracted gigantic dispute. This paper will be divide three parts to discuss the situation and development trend of furnishing road in our country. Through the discussion of three parts, I hope I can base on the situation of our country and integrate the evolvement of road furnishing in developed countries, in order to offer the direction for road furnishing in the future.The first part is the summarization of road. In this part, it discusses the meaning, situation and attributions of road. Road is the result when the human civilization developed to some period. We can divide the road development into four phases from the analysis to it. What we called road is the road in modern sense. We can make the classification to it from two angles. Since new country that was established, the road development undergoes five phases in our country. Even though it gains great accomplishment, the road development exist the big gap with developed countries. From the angle of public good, the attribution of road has the different representation in theory or realization.The second part is the research on the situation of road furnishing in our country. In general, The road furnishing can be divided into two classification. America and Britain are the deputation of the first kind, the other kind are France and Japan. The evolvement of road furnishing represents very different. Now, the raising money manner of road furnishing has changed into many kinds undergo development of four phases in our country. In this part, I discuss the situation of raising money for road furnishing in detail. Beside these, I discuss the problem of road furnishing from four aspects which are which are investment proportion of government, the exorbitant proportion of money from the bank, the excessive charged road and the investment insufficiency on country road at present.The third part is going to discuss the development trend of our country in the future. Above all, this part points out the provider of road furnishing in our country. In this paper, I think that the government should be the primary provider. Second, local public group should take the responsibility. At last, the private capital should be the necessary supplement. Secondly, I think the development trend of road furnishing will divided into two phases. In the first phase, we should neaten the manner of road furnishing. In second phase, we first should analyze the road attribution which the road furnishing represents in developed countries. Then we integrate the truth of road furnishing which has been transformed in our country. At last, we point out the development trend of road furnishing which based on the public good attribution of different grade road.In this paper, I make use of kinds of research methods which are literature analysis, datum analysis, practice combining theory and comparative analysis.In a word, first we should take the public good attribution as the foundation. Second we should base the situation in our country, learn from the reasonable aspects of road furnishing in developed countries, and construct the road furnishing manner which adapts to the economic and social development situation in our country.
