Study On The Construction And Development Of Country Road Netwok In The West Of China

Along with the implementation of the strategic plan for developing the country west, the reconstruction of socialism new countries sets the new requirements to the development of the highway network. As an earlier period work, highway network planning has extremely vital significance on realizing the system function.Firstly, this article analyzed the characteristics of the countryside highway network planning. On these bases, it proposed the procedure and the main contents about the highway network planning, carried on a detailed summary of the technical specification and the method system, and elaborated the elementary theory and the method about the highway network planning.Secondly, under the instruction of the basic planning theory, after analyzing the presentsituation and the characteristics of local social economy and the transportation development in south Gansu area, it elaborated the significance in developing the local countryside highway network. At the same time, it proposed the strategic choices and guiding ideology in developing the local countryside highway network.Under the ideology instruction in highway network planning in chapter 2, it discussed the the rationality on determining the scale of highway development in south Gansu area with the network point model, following analyzing the scale influence factors on the highway construction and the local countryside highway traffic demand. In view of the local actual situation, it proposed the basic principle, the concrete mentality, and the method in carring on the highway network.Furthermore, in view of the implementation of the countryside highway construction project, it proposed a new arrangement method——multi-criteria arrangement law, it elaborated the construction of the method system, the division of the targe trank, the determination of the weight scopes, as well as the applicable scope of the method in detail.Finally, it took the road network development planning of Xing-Hua town in Gansu Province as the example, and carried out the concrete planning method.
