Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, our countries reinforce the protection of intellectual properties, which greatly promotes the development of international technology trade in our country. At such age, research on the development of international technology trade and intellectual property protection and the relationship between them are of great value.Foreign experts have done much research on the intellectual properties and the international technology trade, mostly stressing on the relationship between the protection of the intellectual properties and the economy development. The domestic experts also do much research on intellectual property protection or international technology trade but they don't study much on the relationship between them, especially the impact of the intellectual property protection on the international technology trade.The article studies the issue of the intellectual property protection and the international technology trade theoretically and practically. It first briefly introduces the specification and features of the intellectual property protection and international technology trade, analyzing the protection of the international technology, the inter-influencing system of them from the aspects of both the externalization and trading fares, reflecting the development of the protection of intellectual property and international technology trade based on the double impact of the development of both in China. At the same time, the article analyzes the impact of the intellectual property protection on the international technology trade and the export of the hi-tech products in China with the measuring model from the practical aspect putting forward the measures to promote China's technology trade.The creativity of the article lies in the analysis on the economics cause of the intellectual property protection with externalization and trading fare theory, the inter-influence of the technology trade and the intellectual property protection. Besides, it is another creativity to study the positive relationship among China's intellectual property protection, patent application international technology trade and hi-tech product export with the Multi-factor regression model.
