Public service ads is synchronous with social phenomenon, and social change at any time to keep in step. Advertisement is to communicate with the target audience in essence of persuasion process, should be in the most efficient and effective way to convey its propaganda purpose to the audience, guide the audience emotional resonance, so as to realize the goal of enlightenment and warning.The performance of public service ads skills we should departure from the audience’s psychological study, first of all, to recognize the psychological characteristics of public advertising audience. "How can you burst into young group in the deepest bottom of my heart desire for the dream", opened up the inspiration of creation.Public television advertising creation in "my world, because of my performance" as the theme, aimed to encourage as the new main force of 80, 90 after the younger generation to have a dream, have the courage to pursue dreams. But every period of the young people have different dreams and pursuit. Only attentively to feel, to experience, persistent struggle for their dreams, in our small world own extraordinary.
