The Analysis Of Motive For Korean Enterprises To Invest Wu Jiang

Wu Jiang Development Zone is living in Wu Jiang City, east zone. Wu Jiang City is the most representative one of the cities of the Yangtze River Delta region, due in two provinces (Zhejiang Province, Jiangsu Province) and one city (Shanghai) Interchange, is that there are places in Zhejiang Government and private enterprises of vitality, has the Shanghai municipal government and enterprises in the international strategic perspective, while there are areas in Jiangsu Surinamese government and foreign-funded enterprises of the advanced management philosophy, on behalf of the Yangtze River Delta region could be any one city. Wu Jiang said that research on the Yangtze River Delta region is not an exaggeration. Therefore, it has an universal applicability.Presently, economy has been the major politics in china. the major duty for local governments now is to transfer governmental functions, invite foreign capital ,develop local economy with it, and benefit the people. Local governments put very much emphasis on inviting investors. but some unreasonable and illegal problems also emerge. with these problems, some local governments are not aware of consistent service systems or update of the systems. they do not digest advanced management and enterprise culture, and ignore the development of governmental functions and the long-time interactive system between the governments and enterprises. Problems accumulate, so that enterprises suffer the loss and the image of the government as well as the bilateral legal relation is damaged. According to the problems mentioned above, this paper aims to analyze the motive for Korean enterprises to invest in Wu Jiang Development Zone by successful examples of Wu Jiang Development Zone. This paper also raises the author's suggestion about how to solve this problem.
