Korean Enterprises In Qingdao Direct Investment Motives And The Government Strategy Tactic

This article first makes a primary analysis of the international industry transfer and the motivation of Korean direct investment in Qingdao and then analysis the development and the characteristics of Korean direct investment in Qingdao. Basing on this, we use the statistical approach of variation test in testing the motivation of Korean direct investment in Qingdao before and after China enters WTO. We test it from eight aspects including companies' attitude towards the salary cost, salary increasing rate and salary efficiency, the differences of the resources and makeup of primary material, semi finished products, instruments and technology, life circulation of the product, brand, target market, from which we found the motivation changes between pre-WTO and after-WTO period.Since 1980, More and more Korean company entered Qingdao City and it made a great role in the development of Qingdao environment. It is important to study the development of Korean company. Thus, this article from the reason, effect, problems and solve ways to study in order to find the relationship between the Korean company and the development of Qingdao city to discover the rules. At last according to this change, taking Qingdao central development target into consideration, we posed relative public policy.
