In recent years , raw materials'constant rising , RMB currency's continuous appreciation,national tightened monetary restraint,energy saving and drainage reduction,labor costs rising and other problems have followed one by one,and troubled the export enterprises of locks in China,while those enterprises'own internal stubborn diseases,such as trademark infringement,poor product quality,etc.,have accumulated deeply; Faced with the dramatically changing business environment as well as various unfavorable factors at home and abroad,do our locks export enterprises choose to sit passively for their end,or to transform actively,regulate the thinking and relocate the orientation for a new Chinese manufacturing road?This article puts forwards all the rattraps confronted by the locks export enterprises by details,and propose the particular measures for our locks export enterprises to handle in the current complicated environment with three locks export enterprises in Suzhou area taken as example cases. In addition to striving for policy support through trade association and local government and taking advantage of financial instruments and changing methods of liquidation to evade the risk of exchange rate,for the locking tool export enterprises it is the most important to,in combination with their own actual situations,adopt the measures of reinforcing the internal management of enterprises,concentrating on the product quality,establish their own brands,improving the product images,promoting the export market variation actively,dispersing the risks of enterprise market,trying hard to research and develop new products,increasing the enterprises'core competition,etc.,so as to achieve the long-term and sustainable management of the enterprises.
