Optimization And Coordination Of RL Under Deposit-Refund

Due to the public's consciousness of environment protecting,the government has made several rules about products recycling, so the management of reverse logistics becomes a new challenge for the firms, and how to make profit by reverse logistics attracts a lot attention. In this paper, I have analyzed the supply chain coordination problems in reverse logistics with theory and methods of Game Theory,Economics,Management, aiming to offering guide for the practice of reverse logistics management and making products recycling rules. That is to study the coordination between the government and the firms, firms and return center under recycling RL.Firstly,we study the problem that when it's profitable to callback the end-of-life products, how the manufacturer can increase the return rate by coordinating with the return center, then enhance his gain. Then we study the problem when it's unprofitable to callback the end-of-life products, the manufacturer wouldn't like call back the products, so the returning rate will be not sufficient. In order to reduce the damage to the environment and considering the long-term development, what should the government do to improve the returning rate. At last we have studied the influence of the key items on the return profit and returning rate.During the fourth part, on design of EOL products recovery system, linear programming is employed in this thesis, integrating EOL products recovery, test, recycling into a close loop. And have taken the packing material for example, listed a simple recycling model.
