East Company confronts with complicated strategy-time when it brings opportunity and makes the company face with severe challenge. Analyzing the market-demand environment of the company, exerting strategy advantage, making full use of opportunities, designing a marketing strategy for products are the core of the company's development.Pointing to the present condition of East Company, the paper makes an analysis of the marketing environment of electric automation products from the perspectives of economic environment, technology environment and policy environment; and discusses the company current situation of electric automation products from perspectives of the major competitor, the potential small company, famous foreign company. Based on the previous study, according to advanced marketing strategy management theory, the paper deals with the market demand and target market, in which we refine the market and make a choice of our target market. On the basis of this, the paper presents that the company can take some measures to optimize product marketing strategy, which include refining electric automation products systematacially, making a price of electric automation products reasonably. Finally, we work out a perfect organization-system for the company, so that product marketing strategy can be implemented effectively.
