Research On The Construction Of Eco-industrial Chain Of County Industrial Clusters In Hebei Province

Since the 21 st century,the competition between countries and regions is increasingly fierce under the tide of economic globalization.In order to obtain greater economic and social benefits in the competition,countries or regions are competing to take all kinds of measures to improve their competitiveness.Industry as the pillar of the national and regional development.Improving its competitiveness has become the hot topics in the regional development and the study of economy.Now industry cluster has become the main form of organization to promote regional economic development of China.Industry cluster for the rapid economic development has created a distinct advantage.However,many areas have a series of serious problems in this process.Such as a shortage of resources,energy crisis,environmental pollution,ecological destruction and so on.Construct a ecological industry chain of clusters,improve the efficiency of resource use and maintain ecological environment well,these have become important means to solve this problem.In this paper,we based on the analysis of relevant research at home and abroad for reference,and do the further research for ecological industry chain of regional industry cluster.We take Dongguang chemical industry cluster in Hebei Province as an example,and carry on the design of ecological industry chain.The main research content of this paper are: First,we summary and analysis the domestic and foreign research of industrial cluster and ecological industry chain,and analysis the present situation of county industrial clusters in China,and further describe theoretical basis for the construction and stability of ecological industry chain.This paper applies successful ecological model of the Nature to the construction of ecological industry chain,and through compares and analyses construction model to establish mixed ecological industrial chain.Second,we study the construction of ecological industry chain.On the basis of previous theories,the paper puts forward a method to construct a system of effective and workable ecological industrial chain.The fuzzy evaluation method based on the improved AHP is applied to the stability evaluation of eco industrial chain.Again,according to the actual situation of Dongguang chemical industry cluster,we construct chemical eco-industria chain of Dongguang county and analyze its stability and benefit.
