Study On The Technological Innovation Capability Maturity Model Of The Manufacturing Enterprises

With the rapid development of the economy in China, technological innovation is increasingly becoming an important driving force in the process of enterprise gaining competition advantage. Improve technological innovation capability of the enterprise is not only the surest way to sustained development the economy of these enterprises, to catch up with the developed countries, but also has an important significance to form the core competitiveness, to promote and build our country an innovation one.This paper states that, it is of great importance to evaluate and to position the technological innovation capability of manufacturing enterprise. Enterprise could improve and promote with target and emphases only if it has a clear idea of what the shortcoming really is; the technological innovation capability maturity model of manufacturing enterprise formed in this paper is designed towards the situation.This paper firstly analyses the concerned theory of technological innovation capability and maturity model, and then argues about if a maturity model can be used in manufacturing enterprise technological innovation process, and come to a conclusion of how to form manufacturing enterprise technological innovation capability maturity model by analyzing the necessity and feasibility, to promote technological innovation capability.Secondly, this paper focuses on the analysis of establish of the model: (1) Summarize the three basic indicators of the model, which is maturity level, evaluation method and improvement order, on this basis, establish a manufacturing enterprise technological innovation capability maturity model, and rank the promotion process into five levels, which is Initial, Repeatable, Defined, Managed, Optimizing, and make up the key process areas and key experiment of each level; (2) Based on the evaluation indicators, we set the weight by the questionnaire survey, and geting to the evaluation method of enterprise technological innovation capability maturity level by doing the study; (3) Analyze the certain method of improving the technological innovation capability order.Finally, this paper analyzes the systemic application method of technological innovation capability maturity model, and fixes the evaluation process, make explanation of key experiment in every level.
