Technology enterprises have become an important force in enhancing the capability of independent innovation of our country's enterprises, they are the main forces of development of high-tech industries and important growth points of regional economic. The human resources play the most important role in the independent innovation of the enterprises, it will help enhance the enterprises' capability of independent innovation and promote the core competitiveness. And the important influence sector is the staffs job satisfaction.In the second part of the paper, I empirically study the job satisfaction from the definition, content structure and influence sectors. The main content is that we select the relevant theories and methods to guild my study, though the combination of domestic and foreign situation of the progress study, and analysis of a variety of theories and methods of the advantages and shortcomings. By analyzing and generalizing, the choice in the previous study the impact of employee job satisfaction some of the weight of the larger factors, such as the social environment, individual age, sex, education, jobs and other factors, challenging work, fair treatment, Supportive work environment, and so on.In the third part of the paper, I select a small technology companies - OKM engineering Co., Ltd. in the Dalian area, use empirical analysis of survey research methods. The first step is to design a questionnaire to conduct research in advance on the questionnaire reliability and validity of the analysis, and then 280-to-business employees to carry out the survey; The second step is to analyze the survey data, data analysis on the basis of a clear job satisfaction with the impact of factors of relevance, and the existing problems and reasons.The fourth part of the paper in accordance with the existing problems and reasons to see small, the impact on employee satisfaction factor analysis, and targeted the proposed improvements, including the management of enterprises, management system, incentive systems, and development four aspects of the design.Finally, this paper analyzed the research gaps and possible directions for future research.
