With the rapid economic development of modern society, companies are increasinglyconcerned about the loyalty of employees. The perfect and efficiency incentives is the bestway to improve employee loyalty. With the1980s employees gradually into thecommunity, their special growth environment makes the previous incentive mechanismdifficult to play a role; Although Employees of foreign contemporaries have done someresearch, but due to the different growth environment, cultural differences and other factors,the application of our management practice will often encounter some obstacles. A numberof the actual status and problems in business management and the lack of domestic theorypromote many domestic scholars began the in-depth study of after the1980s.Based on the above background, this paper complied and referred to the relevanttheoretical literature, and formed a theoretical research model which is based on thecorporate incentives as independent variables, employee loyalty as the dependent variable,and the sense of belonging as an intermediary variable. Besides, this paper also did someresearch on the role and the effect of incentives on employee loyalty and analyzed theimpact of the characteristic variables of employee loyalty.This paper conducted a survey of after80employees in different parts of theenterprise, distributed230paper questionnaires and web-based survey, and got210validquestionnaires. Variable analysis and model assumptions were done with this collection ofdata. The results are as follows: first, corporate incentives have a significant effect onemployee loyalty. Second, the sense of belonging plays a certain intermediary role betweenthe incentives and employee loyalty. Third, individuals and firm characteristics variablesplay a certain degree of influence on staff loyalty.According to the above empirical analysis and research, this paper concludes with acorresponding management recommendations: First, to set up a positive, equal andharmonious working environment; Second, pay close attention to the personal growth ofemployees; Third, establish an ambitious promising prospect; Fourth, form a reasonableand effective pay system; Fifth, train employees sense of belonging actively.
