With the continuous development of society,talents has been paid more and more attention these days.Only by carrying out effective stimulating measures,enterprises can stand out in the talent competition.Incentives can encourage employees to work harder and improve their enthusiasm,so as to contribute to the development of the company and enhance the value of the company.With the continuous influx of foreign-funded enterprises and the newly development of emerging printing companies in China,the current incentive system of the printing industry has been unable to adapt to the needs of the times.Therefore,the printing industry urgently needs an employee incentives that can meet the development requirements and effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.This paper summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the incentive program and investigates the employees of the company by questionnaires,mainly including the overall satisfaction of the current incentive plan,satisfaction of employee payment,current performance appraisal mechanism,employee training mechanism,career planning management and culture,and so on.The current employee incentive system of K Printing Co.,Lt was investigated and analyzed,and there are some problems in the current employee incentive system of K Printing Co.,Lt: lack of reasonable and fair performance appraisal standards,lack of reasonable training system for company employees and insufficient corporate culture construction.The causes of these problems can be attributed to three aspects: company,social,and personal reasons.In order to solve the existing problems of current employee incentive plan in K Printing Co.,Lt,optimization design of employee incentive plan was studied.This paper mainly optimizes the incentive plan from the following four aspects: optimization design of compensation and welfare incentive system,employee promotion incentive system,performance evaluation incentive system and corporate culture incentive system.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new employee incentive program,this paper introduces the key points and safeguards for the implementation of the improvement program.Through the research on the improvement of employee incentive plan in K Printing Co.,Lt,it is found that only the incentive program that suits the company can play the maximized role.The scientific and effective employee incentive system should cover many aspects,such as salary,performance,corporate culture.In order to establish a long-term mechanism in the enterprise,the employee incentive plan requires the participation of all employees of the enterprise,implements responsibility at all levels,and implements effective and effective employee incentive programs.Through the research on the improvement of K-Print’s employee incentive plan,it can effectively help the company to improve the management mechanism of employees,improve the enthusiasm of employees,and continuously improve the market competitiveness of K-Print Company. |
