As the development of the knowledge economy and globalization, the Creative Industry, as a new industry, will grow up rapidly in lots of countries and areas around the world and become the mainspring of development of the knowledge economy in the 21st century. During the anterior 20 years of the 21st century, the construction of creative nations, energy saving, consumption reduction, and protection of resources and environment are significant principles. The Creative Industry is essential in promoting the transformation of economy system, upgrading of industrial structures and converting of urban function. The significance of this dissertation is providing the apocalypse through researching the practical experience.This dissertation is inclined to the culture creative industry.
