| Fashion and creative park is an important spatial bearing form for urban economic development and industrial adjustment.Facing the challenges brought by changes in internal and external environment,how to transform and upgrade the fashion and creative park so as to develop to a higher level is the focus of the research.This paper adopts the research path of theoretical analysis,concept definition,historical research,desk research,field research,expert survey,expert interview and qualitative comparative analysis.The dynamic development history of Shanghai’s fashion and creative park as a whole was studied and divided into four stages: conception and budding stage,initial stage,rapid development stage and transformation and upgrading stage,and the development staging table of Shanghai fashion and creative park was obtained.Based on the 3.0 theoretical model of the development of cultural and creative industrial clusters,the characteristics of each level of spatial and industrial dimensions of fashion and creative parks were summarized and differentiated,combined with desk research,field research and literature research,spatial openness and spatial vitality were extracted as the judgment elements of spatial dimension,and creative elements and cluster network were taken as the judgment elements of industrial dimension,17 experts in related fields were invited to judge the level of spatial and industrial dimensions of 25 fashion and creative parks in Shanghai,and found that 80% of the parks were in the level of space 2.0 and industry 2.0,or space 3.0 and industry 3.0,and there were certain rules for the performance in each level.Through theoretical perspective method,literature induction method and expert interview method,explored the factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of spatial and industrial dimensions of fashion and creative parks from three aspects: resources,capacity and external environment,and selected building scale,team experience,promotion capacity and public transportation as the influencing factors of spatial dimension,and industrial resources,connection capacity,government support and geographical location as the influencing factors of industrial dimension.Using qualitative comparative analysis,the influence factors were selected as the antecedent variables and the spatial and industrial level of the 25 parks as the outcome variables,the complex relationships of the interaction of external factors within the fashion and creative parks were explored for their impacts on the transformation and upgrading of the parks.It was found that a single factor could not achieve the goal of developing the parks’ space and industry to the high level.Combining results with case study,explained the interactions of the influencing factors in each path.The results of the configuration analysis showed that four paths were able to reach the high level of parks’ space and three paths were able to reach the high level of parks’ industry. |
