Research On The Optimization Of The Distributed Systems In The TPL Enterprises

As an economic activity, logistics format with the development of commodity economy. In today's increasingly globalized economy, modern logistics as "the third source of profits" are attaching great importance and facing an unprecedented development opportunity. Logistics industry has been greatly development and China's logistics, in this trend, have become a highly competitive industry in the market economy with the economic development and further deepen of the reform of the economic system.The goal of the third-party logistics is to meet consumers' demands with the minimized cost of logistics. With the development of today's enterprise management theory, enterprise management has well-managed and planned in production and sales. However, the process of the manufacturing accounts for only about 10% of the supply chain and more logistics costs exist in the consumption of storage and transit which accounts for about 40% of the all consumption cost in logistics. A number of large-scale logistics enterprises have established large-scale transportation or distribution systems while small enterprises haven't implemented computer-aided planning for a variety of reasons. According to foreign experience, with computer-regulated distribution lines, loading plans, the cost can be saved by 8% and the use of computer-aided planning can save a lot of social wealth. This paper sets about optimizing distribution systems of the third-party logistics enterprises through the establishment of mathematical models.The first chapter of this research is an introduction which clarifies the purpose of the research, the review of internal and overseas research, as well as the research contents and methods; the second chapter theoretical basis of the third-party logistics distribution and logistics enterprises evolving in the theories of the third-party logistics enterprises theory and the theory related to logistics and distribution; the third chapter comes down to the research of the third-party logistics enterprises' distribution systems including the main mode of distribution system, the operating mode of the third-party logistics enterprises distribution and the value of the distribution systems in the third-party logistics enterprises; the forth chapter is the designs and optimization of the third-party logistics enterprises' distribution systems concluded of the meaning, the methods and the model of optimization in the third-party logistics enterprises' distribution systems; the fifth chapter is the demonstration analysis of Czech logistics company in the use of the established model; the last chapter is the summary and research outlook of full article and the depiction of innovation.As the China's third-party logistics enterprises are still in the exploratory stage, the model established in this paper, in the support of the theory of the third-party logistics, distribution system and 0-1 integer regulation, conducts optimized research to the distributed mode of the third-party logistics enterprises and does some case research of a specific company regarding of the model in order to provide some advice and recommendations for the third-party logistics enterprises of our country.
