The advantages of supply chain integration highlights the emergence of the fourthparty logistics enterprises(referred to as 4PL).As a resource integration company,4PL provides supply chain solutions for logistics demand parties and unifies other companies to implement the program,which do not engage in specific logistics activities.Therefore,4PL must choose the excellent third-party logistics enterprises(referred to as 3PL)to cooperate to implement the solution.Taking into account the satisfaction of customers can bring value to the enterprise,low-carbon environmental protection is the general trend of social and economic development,so customer satisfaction and low-carbon development are introduced into the 4PL selection partners 3PL decision-making,it is not only meeting the requirements of the Times,but also it is of great significance for the balanced development of economic and environmental benefits.This article stands in the 4PL perspective,researching that when increases customer satisfaction and low carbon development on the basis of existing selection criteria,4PL should how to choose partner 3PL.First of all,comparing with the traditional selection process,pointing out that in considering customer satisfaction and low-carbon development,the main difficulties with 4PL choose 3PL,combining with the relevant theory,giving the idea of breaking the difficulties.Secondly,according to the above ideas,customer satisfaction and lowcarbon development are introduced into the three-stage decision-making process of the 4PL selection partner 3PL: Stage 1,according to the willingness to participate in lowcarbon participation,we rapidly filter out of qualified 3PL and get a large number of candidate partners;Stage 2,combining with the characteristics of different logistics functions,we construct the 3PL evaluation system considering both customer satisfaction and low-carbon development.According to the system,we filter a large number of candidate partners and get the key consideration;Stage 3,we combine with the characteristics of project that 4PL is undertaking,and construct the combination optimization model that considers both customer satisfaction and low-carbon development,where the total cost(logistics cost + low carbon cost)is the minimum target,and the customer satisfaction degree is the constraint.According to the model,this paper filters key partners,and gets the best 3PL portfolio for the entire project.Finally,the above theoretical model is applied to the practical case,and we obtains the project execution team,so the practicality of the theoretical model is verified.At last we analysis the influence of customer satisfaction and low-carbon development on partner selection.The research results indicate: Compared with the 3PL evaluation system of "equal" all logistics links,it is more reasonable the index system by sub-links according to the characteristics of different logistics links.What is more,compared with the partner portfolio that does not take into account customer satisfaction and low-carbon factors,the combination scheme in this paper can reduce the cost of 4PL,improve customer satisfaction and reduce CO2 emissions.Therefore,it is more reasonable to construct a combinatorial optimization model that takes into account both customer satisfaction and low-carbon development.To sum up,the innovation of this paper is mainly embodied in two aspects: First,in the construction of 3PL evaluation system,we not only consider customer satisfaction and low-carbon development,but also combine the characteristics of different logistics links,sub-links to build 3PL evaluation system.Second,when this paper constructs the combination of optimization model,the objective function in addition to logistics costs,but also consider the low cost of carbon,and customer satisfaction standards as a constraint.
