It is not the competition between enterprises, but the supply-chain and supply-chain step by step. Supply-chain is the integration of logistics, capital flow, information flow and business flow from the characteristics of supply-chain system. And logistics, which is the key to the success, is the most difficult to achieve in all factors. For the enterprises of the bonded logistics zone, it enjoys some concessions on policy, tax and so on comparing to the non-bonded zones. Though it has certain advantages, the competition has been globalization in reality. Enterprises need to continually reduce costs while improving product (service) quality. More important is, through geographically dispersed in the procurement, manufacturing, distribution and other activities, to shorten delivery time to customers through personalized needs of rapid response. As a result, logistics plays an important position.On one hand, the study of the bonded logistics zone is relatively mature and easy access to a variety of evaluation of information and data required contrasting the other general logistics. On the other hand, through the establishment of model evaluation bonded logistics zone of logistics capacity we expect to analysis and improve the logistics capacity of the bonded logistics zone. Also we can draw on the results of the evaluation to enhance the ability of the general logistics zone. Present research about bonded logistics zone is mainly on the logistics zone planning, logistics zone development and profit models. From the sense of the logistics zone, it is the integration of resources which have not been a complete optimization. Under the premise of that logistics becoming a profit center, the logistics capacity of bonded logistics zone has become a very important research.This thesis is on base the study of the bonded logistics zone home and abroad. And then do some appropriate research from bonded logistics zone and logistics capacity. Furthermore, making a combination of these two theories. So forming the content of this thesis—the logistics capacity of bonded logistics zone. Though the study of the bonded logistics zone, achieve the integration of logistics capacity ,reduce the operation of the business costs, improve operational efficiency and responsiveness of the logistics so as to enhance competitiveness in order to adapt to economic globalization, meeting the needs of region economic development. Finally, through establishing indices system of the logistics capacity of bonded logistics zone, we can obtain some measures and proposals to enhance the logistics capacity of bonded logistics zone and draw on the experience of it for the general logistics zone.
