Along with the rapid development of economy and the more deepen of the opening degree; tremendous changes have taken place in the field of economy and the society in our country. The economical index which can exert a great influence on the people's living standard and personal wealth accumulation such as GDP, individual income and personal amount deposit, have been raised by a big percentages in recent years. Under these circumstances, the personal wealth management has become a spontaneous demand by the residents. In this present study, we focus on the ordinary investor to study the laws of personal wealth management in our country, especially on the medium-income residents in Jinan area to analysis their present financial situation and assets dispose using the theoretical means of modern economics, managements, accounting and statistics. In the meanwhile we also put forward the problems, which approved in the process of the personal wealth management of the medium-income residents in Jinan area. By studying and using the classical theories of personal wealth management of our country and other countries for reference, we also afford the relevant countermeasures aimed at the idea establishment, the operate means and the risks precautions of the personal wealth management in Jinan area. We expect to help the residents make a rational financial control to achieve the personal property increment on the premise of the establishment of risk precaution consciousness through the training of wealth management, which incorporated with their personal case.Therefore, the main points and composition of the present study are as follows.Chapter I: Introduction. The background and significance of the present study were mainly explained. We first discussed the problems exist in the process of the wealth management in our country, including that of the medium-income residents in Jinan area. Secondary, we discussed the present situation in or outside of our country, the main thought, construction and methods used in our study. Chapter II: Theoretical summary of personal wealth management. We first introduce the concepts and objects of the personal wealth management, then further analysis the main theory in this field to illustrate specifically the principles in the personal wealth management. Finally, we make the key points on the introduction of the investment compose and the estimate measurements in the process of wealth management.Chapter III: Investment methods and strategy of personal wealth management. We first analysis the investment environment according to the characteristics and principles of personal wealth management, then we mainly introduce the investment strategies and the ways of the personal wealth management.Chapter IV: The present situation and problems existed in the personal wealth management of the medium-income residents in Jinan area. We make a special effort to investigate and study the present situation and problems by analysis the sample materials of the personal wealth management of the medium -income residents in Jinan area.Chapter V: Countermeasures research to the personal wealth management of the medium-income residents in Jinan area. We investigate and put forward the directed ways to deal with the problems existed in the process of the personal wealth management on the basis of the close coordination of the investment environment and actual situation in Jinan area. At last we analysis a typical case that make Mr.K as a representative sample.Innovation theory and insufficient section: The personal wealth management has seldom been previously investigated in a long period of time. Even if few research touched upon these problems in this study field, they merely concentrated on the analysis of the business that carried out by the bank or the financial products which be popularized by the bank. In this present study, we focus our view on the individual natural person to investigate the problems exist in the process of personal wealth management. We brought forth some new ideas in our research, which has higher innovation in this study field because this kind of problems is seldom been studied in this respect in china. In the meanwhile, another innovation in our study is we used the methods that combine the theory with practice while combine the qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis to investigate the personal wealth management of a certain person in a certain area. But owing to the limited research time, we mainly choose some more important aspects of the theoretical basis of the personal wealth management to analyze, so it maybe insufficient in the analysis of a few part of the whole theoretical frame, we'll constantly improve and perfect it in the following study.
