Study On Tourism Industry Development Of Zaozhuang

In recent years, tourism industry of Zaozhuang has a rapid development, but there are a lot of problems demanding prompt solution. This paper has given a research on the issues of development and management of the tourism of Zaozhuang from the perspective of government administration and on the theory of Public Management and Public Economics. It was also used the methods of empirical investigation and theoretical research combined, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis combined. This paper is also tried to raise some valuable suggestions.Firstly, this paper has outlined some researches on tourism,the line of thinking of this paper, research methods and relative conceptions and theories.Secondly, this paper has dissected the current situation about management of tourist's development of Zaozhuang. In recent years, whatever on the aspects of tourist revenue, the number of visitors, reception ability, or the development of tourist resources, there is a rapid development on the tourism industry of Zaozhuang. But it also exists some problems such as the weak infrastructure, the low of popularity, the backword of management, the lack of management talents, etc. All this problems are demanding prompt solution.Once more, on the foundation of analysing SWOT(strength, weak, opportunity and threat) of development of tourism industry of Zaozhuang, this paper has raised the prospect and planning of development of tourism industry of Zaozhuang. It should make an actual goal of develpoment of tourism industry, explore the tourist resources sufficiently, do a good job in planning the scenic spots, and build the image of tourist brands, and so on.Finally, this paper has given management suggestions on the development of tourism industry of Zaozhuang from the perspective of government management. The government must rationalize management system of tourism industry, formulate and improve management methods of tourism industry, norm and standardize the system's building and preferential policies, so as to promote the development of tourism industry of Zaozhuang up to a new step.As a practical report, this paper has used many datas and empirical references, and it has made many investigation on the issues of management of the tourism of Zaozhuang. It has operability and real reference value from the planning and suggestions of government management raised in the paper.
