The Development Model Of The Rural Tourism Of Shanting Region In Zaozhuang City

As a social leisure activity, rural tourism first formally appeared in France and other European countries in the latter half of the 18th century. From 1870s to 1960s, rural tourism had become a broad public participation tourism activity. Rural tourism first appeared in China in 1980s. Overall, the rural tourism in China is still in the initial development stages. At present, the mainly rural tourism destinations in China are concentrated in the suburbs, fringe, southern town, the ancient village, west village, ethnic minority villages and other places.And it often occurred on the golden week and weekends. Some villages which have beautiful scenery and rich cultural connotations had become the major tourist destination because they can provide convenient transportation, unique scenic resources, convenient and special food and accommodation, cheap travel spending and other requirement to the tourist. Rural tourism is considered as an effective means to prevent the decline of agriculture and to increase the farmers' income. Rural tourism has become the emphasis of the study for the government and academics. This thesis learned from the experiences of domestic and foreign development of rural tourism. This thesis had a comprehensive analysis and research of the Shanting region, and then summed up the rural tourism development model of Shanting region.This thesis mainly covers the following aspects: (1) Introduction: Four parts, the significance of the study, the methods and techniques of the study and the status of the study, are presented. (2)Basic Theory: This thesis described the generation and development process of rural tourism and the characteristics of rural tourism, and then interpreted the concept of rural tourism. Finally, this thesis summarized the elements of rural tourism and the classification of rural tourism resources. (3)Analysis of the condition of rural tourism development in Shanting region: This thesis analyzed the geographic conditions, the natural conditions, socio-economic conditions and the conditions of rural tourism resources in Shanting region. In the course of the analysis of the conditions of rural tourism resources in Shanting region, this thesis adopt the AHP and fuzzy mathematical methods to give a comprehensive evaluation of rural tourism resources in Shanting region, and formulated the rural tourism resources evaluation index system.(4)Built the rural tourism development model of Shanting region: According to the conditions of rural tourism resources and the development status of Shanting region, this thesis built the rural tourism development model for Shanting region, which includes product development model, resource space model and promote the image of the layout model. According to the comparative study of rural tourism business model of domestic and foreign areas, this thesis summarized that Shanting region should adopt the "government + business + community"business model.(5)Tourism development strategy and solutions for the development of rural tourism in Shanting region: According to the SWOT analysis of the development of rural tourism in Shanting region, this thesis summarized the development strategy and solutions for the development of rural tourism in Shanting region.(6) Conclusion: The summary of the content and the inadequate of this thesis.Main innovative features of the thesis: (1)According to the SWOT analysis of the development of rural tourism in Shanting region, the thesis had a grasp of the development of rural tourism, current situation and prospects in Shanting region.(2)In the course of the analysis of the conditions of rural tourism resources in Shanting region, This thesis adopt the AHP and fuzzy mathematical methods to give a comprehensive evaluation of the rural tourism resources in Shanting region, and formulated the rural tourism resources evaluation index system.
