Since 2003 real estate development investments in china have grown greatly, investment scale have rapidly expanded, allocation of capital and land development evidently have raised, sale of merchandise building is booming, and real estate development in general is in high growing situation. With the further western development and establishment of Chongqing urban and rural harmonious reform testing district, enthusiasm for real estate developing in Chongqing is soaring. But this kind of growth in quantity can not represent the growth in quality. For the important position and influence of real estate industry in national economy, this increase always would impact on harmonious economic structure, becoming potentially unstable factors for the development of national economy.The goal of this paper is the research on difference between real estate related industry and other industries and the influence of this difference on the economic structure. This paper will develop the discussion from the this difference of increase of real estate industry and other industries, analyze and avoid potential harmful effects on economic structures brought by high developing real estate industry.This full paper is centering on the following four questions to discuss and explain. First, in 19 national economic industries (except for international organization), how the define real estate related industries and other industries? Second, what is the difference between real estate related industries and other industries? Third, what is the effect of differences of increase on national economic structures? Fourthly, how to eliminate the harmful influence brought by this difference?This paper is organized by the following aspects:Firstly, basing on literature summary and related theoretical foundation, we could compute the backward and forward complete relation of real estate related industries and other industries, furthermore we could compute general driving effect of real estate industry on other 18 industries. Average value of general driving effect of real estate industry on other industries is calculated, and then the driving effects of industries which are driven by real estate industry more than the average value are defined as real estate related industries, others are defined as other industries. So this problem is resolved.Secondly differences of absolute value between them are analyzed from the aspects which are including basic situation of development of real estate related industries and other industries. Besides differences of proportion are analyzed from the aspect of input and output structure. So, the second problem is resolved.Thirdly, effect of this difference on the economic structure is expounded from the effect of the difference of real estate related industries and other industries on industry structure, employment structure, development of other industries and city competitiveness. Therefore, the third problem is resolved.Then, we could propose some suggestions from three levels: from ideological aspect, investment concept conversion; from technique level, regulating strategy dominated by financial control; from development level, realization of sustainable growth of urban economy and construction of harmonious city.Finally, basing on the resolution of these core questions above, the conclusion of this paper is summed up.ConclusionThe booming development of real estate related industries restrains the development of other industries from aspects of fixed capital investment and ultimate consumable consumption. This would bring up harmful effect on the economic structure.
