| With the sustainable,stable and healthy development of China national economy,housing industry as a new force rises gradually and become the support industries to the national economy. However, housing industrialization cannot meet the development of national economy completely, because housing industrial production development starts late and the level of national industrialization is low in our country.Aiming toward a sustainable development of industry,this thesis mainly analyses these factors which influence the development of housing industrial production. With the principle of statistical analysis and careful research about the influencing factors, the author seeks the key factors influencing the development of industrial production.Firstly,this article reviewed the development course of housing industrial production about our country and overseas.Then the author elaborated the feasibility about development of housing industrial production in our country. Secondly, through the literature, the author analyzed the question existing in housing industry in the present stage.Following these questions, the author extract 66 factors in the housing industrial production.To discuss the situation and relatively important degree about the actual project, this research has adopted the empirical method.Two research suppositions are proposed through the literature methodology.Then the author designed a questionnaire according to literature search's conclusion and the research supposition, using the principal components method to analyse the data.Finally, withdraw five key aspects, including:①The department system's development of housing industrial production;②The design's safeguard system of housing industrial production;③The organization system of housing industrial production;④The market chain of housing industrial production;⑤The financial system of housing industrial production. Finally, analyse these key aspects and put forward the corresponding proposal. |
