Study On The Residential Satisfaction Degree Of Low-income Housing In Taiyuan City

Housing is an important part of people's livelihood.In recent years,the government's continuous construction of low-income housing is of great significance to improving the housing problem of low-income people and promoting social harmony and stability.But as the indemnificatory housing construction scale and quantity expanding and increase at the same time,but ignored the basic living requirements of residents,is located in remote and poor living conditions,property management,the lack of basic public facilities such as a series of problems,has seriously affected the living demand of residents and residents living satisfaction improvement.This article from the perspective of public housing residents,by using relevant theoretical basis,on the basis of combining the actual situation of taiyuan city residents living affordable housing,questionnaire and entropy value method as the main analysis method,through to the taiyuan city representative of affordable housing plot for on-the-spot investigation,the selection of matters for residents,set up evaluation index system,a primary indicators,seven secondary indicators,32 tertiary indicators.Through the analysis,the conclusion is drawn as follows: first,the residential satisfaction index of the residents in taiyuan city is 55.32,which can be seen as being in a less satisfactory state.Second,the satisfaction index of affordable housing in all kinds of low-income housing is 59.54,which is the highest.Secondly,the satisfaction index of the renovation and rehousing of shantytowns is 56.01,followed by public rental housing,low-rent house and price limit commodity house,whose satisfaction index is 55.79,53.29 and 49.29.Third,overall,the residents' satisfaction with the sex price that affects their residents is the highest,which shows that people are satisfied with the current housing price at the overall level of housing.Secondly,the public supporting and transportation accessibility,some communities benefit from the development of the economy,and the public supporting facilities of the community are better,for example,xihuayuan.In addition,some affordable housing projects are located in remote locations,which increase the travel costs of people.Are two ranking government service quality expectations,and housing government work in the service efficiency of funds,professional service personnel aspects need to further strengthen,at the same time should improve the effectiveness of the government in the affordable housing policy implementation;Finally,for investigation and analysis results,Suggestions for improving residents' residential satisfaction are proposed.
