Along with globalization and arrival of information ages of economy, international community business enterprises all face a more and more vigorous local and international market competition. In order to improve their competitiveness and adoptability, many companies are all investigating the valid way that enhance productivity and improve performance management. As a kind of management and controlling means, performance management can improve organization performance effectively, promoting the core competencies of business enterprise, and carrying out the strategic target of business enterprise.First of all, I went deep in to analyze the meaning of business enterprise employee's performance , pointed out the level of organization, team and personal performance, and further discussed the performance management system of organization and process mode through studying the model of enterprise employee`s performance management, as well as comparing with the traditional performance evaluation. I analyzed the development and application of performance management at home and abroad, and focused on the advantages and disadvantages of management by object, key performance indicators KPI and 3600 evaluation methods, and pointed out that it should focus on the purpose of target and object of performance management , and the assessment costs and preconditions, the ability and attitude of managers to choose their own development of performance management methods.Secondly, I detailed inquired to the problem and challenge in the human resource of Chongqing united assets and equity exchange, which is a medium and small size with a special property ,and aimed at the strategic development target of business enterprise, fully researched and analyzed existing human resource management system, I carried on diagnosis to basic circumstance of performance management and adjust to organize structure and analysis the post.Finally, combined to actual of re-designing the enterprise management system , and set up a management system based on objectives and KPI, to convert business enterprise strategy to a series of target and measure indicator by performance management systems, during the period of carrying out it, I kept to adjusting to manage method dynamically , make it management to suit a business enterprise and promote the performance effectively. On the implementation of the performance management analysis, I concluded that the combination of enterprise development strategies, the implementation of performance management destination, a more comprehensive performance appraisal system, and can contribute effectively to improve the performance of enterprises, and, in the special nature of performance management application in medium and small sized enterprise, it could be promoting staff growth ,and to the continued development and speed up the realization of strategic objectives.
