Nowadays in twenty-first century, Private enterprise has developed into the most vital part of our national economy and has made great contribution to the development of national economy. With a high-speed growing pace, many private enterprises are disclosing some issues about human resource management, such as poor staff-management and poor staff-performance under a defective system.S group company is a private enterprise locates in southwest economic zone, it emphasizes its business on construction, including public works and real estate development. S group company now is extending its business to a new area—lithium battery manufacturing. However, with the expanding of company business as well as the change of internal organization, the current company management of S group, especially its human resource management pattern, has gradually hindered S group’s further development. Therefore, concentrating on S group’s current human resource management, this paper is aiming at study its existing problems and work out the improving countermeasures accordingly.This paper firstly introduces S group’s business development strategy and current situation of its human resource management, and then finds out problems which includes unreasonable human resource planning, unclear organization division, vague definition of department functions and position duties, imperfect performance-based incentives and salary system in S group’s human resource management bases on its physical truth. In the light of aforesaid problems, this paper provides some improving countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.By improving efficiency in S group company’s human resource management, This study is conducted with hopes to improve the competitiveness of S group company,to makes solid contribution to the achievement of its strategic object, and to provide similar type of enterprises with advices.
