According to what I just said, the aim of this article it to designing operation pattern and to constructing the principle part of the market operation.At the beginning of this article, this article introduced the basic condition of"Yu Chuan Qian golden triangle"district-tourism: the natural resources, its particularity, the states of operation, the advantages and disadvantages, and the issue we face. After that, this article discussed the basic theories of district-tourism operating, and it concluded five parts: operation pattern, operation foundation, operation qualification, operation resources, operation principle. Next is the core part of this article. The core part bring forward a brand new concept–"district-tourism operations merchant". This article had designed the operations merchant form six aspect: concept cognition, orientation, system structure, capital structure, operation pattern, the manage pattern. And this article propose to create a new cooperation system of district-tourism, and to establish a new operation system whose principle parts are the district-tourism operations merchants based on the platform of aggregation of many great .The whole system is corresponded and supervised by"district-tourism committee".That is a efficient way to practice the whole programming, supervise the district-tourism operation, improve the whole visualize and competing power of district-tourism, and to speeds up the development of district-tourism.
