The Development Model Of New Urban District Tourism

Under the new situation of the new-type urbanization,it is necessary to develop the tourism of new urban District;since it can integrate regional tourism resources,but also enhance the competitiveness of regional tourism.Based on the theory of tourism-resources science, tourism-marketing science, industrial-economics and other disciplines related to the topic, and by using the theory of tourism system, tourism industry cluster theory, the theory of the core-edge and so on, this article take Xiao-shan district as an example, explore the tourism development pattern of the new-urban district.This article is made of seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, it elaborates the research backgrounds, contents,goal and the research techniques and the paper flame. The second chapter is the fundamental theory. It discusses the theoretical basis of the tourism development mode of new-urban district; The third chapter analyses the domestic and foreign research progresses.The fourth to the sixth chapter is the focus of this article.The fourth introduces relevant definitions of the tourism development pattern of the new-urban district and then Summarizes the general pattern of the new-urban district tourism development. The fifth chapter generalizes the tourism development condition and the status of tourism products and development process of Xiao-shan; then by using the grey correlation degree analysis, the application of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the sixth chapter analyses and evaluates the tourism development pattern of Xiao-shan district. After that, it comes to the conclusion that the tourism development pattern of Xiao-shan is a comprehensive tourism pattern oriented to leisure, convention and exhibition, festivals, theme park as the core of tourism products. Finally, from the five aspects on the development of power, product development, space organization, regional cooperation and so on, it makes suggestions of the development of Xiao-shan district. The last chapter is conclusion. It outlines the research conclusion on the theoretical and empirical research aspects of the new-urban district tourism development pattern. In the end, this dissertation concludes with the existing problems and shortcomings in the research process.
