Study On Eco-Village Construction Pattern And Operation Mechanism Of Yangling District

It's late for Yangling to start the ecologic village construction, so the level of development is universally low. Most of rural inhabitants have little knowledge about the essence of ecology village. The think the ecologic village means village with cement road surface, flowers and plants, and construction of several plastic greenhouses, actually, all of these are only the foundation of ecology village. The ecologic village construction is a long-term and complex task which has a close relation with the coordinated development of economical, social, and natural sub-systems. In view of the significance of ecologic village construction to well-off countryside construction and the fact that Yangling's superior location in the west, It's no doubt that the success of ecologic village construction in Yangling will have a strong radiation and linkage effect on the northwest area, which will raise an ecologic village construction upsurge and promote the building of new social countryside. From the angle of economics, management science, sociology and ecology angle, this article presented a suitable ecologic village construction pattern based on Yangling's social reality and ecologic village construction situation, as well as the necessary countermeasures to safeguard the ecologic village construction operation.After the study of Yangling's ecological environment and ecological village construction status quo, the author discovered many problems with the ecologic village construction in Yangling, such as ignorance of software construction, the lack of main body consciousness, the shortage of fund, the insufficient supporting facility and the poor sustainable development ability due to the weakness on operation management.
