| The equipments are the material basis of enterprise production, and equipment maintenance is foundation for sustainable production. With the development of maximization, hi-speed, structure complexity and the integrity of mechanic and electric for the equipment, the equipments became more and more importance. It is necessary to provide high-quality, quick and timely maintenance. The key to satisfy this is to supply high–quality spare part in time. Therefore, this paper provides collaborative purchasing mode in the condition of equipment collaborative maintenance, which means that equipment user, equipment producer and spare part supplier could share their information using internet and operate cooperatively for purchasing. The content of this paper is described as follow:First, it elaborated the research meaning of spare parts purchasing management, and described and analyzed the related theory and research current state of purchasing management of the spare parts at home and abroad.Besides, it analyzed the problems of spare parts purchasing under the traditional purchasing model, and discussed the game relations between businesses and suppliers. Then it put forward model of spare parts used in equipment maintenance based on the supply chain managing thought. Moreover, this paper demonstrated the advantages of cooperative purchasing by comparing with the traditional purchasing model.In addition, on the base of collaborative maintenance mode the paper described the objective of collaborative purchase, analyzed the realization condition and established the collaborative purchase mode for spare part used in maintenance which several organizations participated.At last it analyzed the realization condition for collaborative purchasing spare part of maintenance. Besides, it designed the organization structure related to purchase and reengineered the process of collaborative purchasing spare part and provided a new comprehensive evaluation method for choosing the supplier of spare part. |
