Procurement management activities to various supply chain are closely linked, itto the supervisory role of the operation process, now with the modern strategicmanagement function. ZY enterprise procurement management and supply processimprovement is not perfect. This thesis mainly focus on the following questions: first,a detailed analysis of how to strengthen the procurement cost control of ZY enterprise;second, how to manage the suppliers of products, how to make the process moresimple, quick supply; third, and the supplier should be how to develop a goodrelationship.First of all, the paper on the basis of theory, analysis of the ZY industry partsprocurement in supplier management status and problems. With the deepening ofreform of the income distribution system, income growth, and steadily push forwardthe construction of industrialization and urbanization, in2013China’s auto market isepected ZY to be a good market prospects, the attendant is the automobilemanufacturers will also increase the demand for spare parts. ZY subordinateenterprises plan finance (Financial Management Center) is the core task ofmanagement and procurement work of enterprise fiZYed assets. At the same time,analysis of the supply and demand planning and financial management, order andreturn management. Then analyzed the spare parts procurement management, qualitycontrol level and the same industry abroad supplier disparity is very big, the riskcontrol of the procurement of goods and materials is not strong.Secondly, the paper proposes the supplier management improvement scheme ofZY enterprise procurement of spare parts. To establish the new management idea,from the quantity control of spare parts procurement, to supervise the quality of parts,and actively implement the training plan. In the supplier selection strategy is proposedin the basic situation of supplier, supplier audit, investigation, strategy; in the supplierevaluation is proposed to follow the strategy of principle, should let the suppliers tobear the risk of the enterprise, the two should trust each other, friendly cooperation,realize a win-win situation. In addition to the supplier management and incentive mechanism, the supplier relationship under the environment of supply chainmanagement has been transformed into a mutually beneficial relationship, both sidesonce stood in opposition has been active on together. In the procurement riskmanagement strategy, to take effective measures to reduce the risk, the relationshiptends to be stable.Finally, the paper presents the implementation of security measures forimprovement of supplier management. In the first step, this study proposes theinternal organizational structure adjustment and training, organizational structure andprocess standard adjustment, relations between the two sides further escalationstrategy. Safeguard measures proposed senior management should be given topurchase enough care, should develop performance indicators reasonably, managetheir own employees, in order to make the procurement process more convenient,managers should mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, let them participate in thedesign process.How to manage the supplier ZY enterprises in the procurement of spare parts,make the system analysis of the paper, in view of the eZYisting problems in theprocurement and management of spare parts, with the idea of supply chainmanagement to put forward to strengthen parts procurement management plan,guidance on the role of ZY enterprise parts procurement in supplier management hasthe practical.
