Layout Of Industrial Parks And Research On Logistics Factors

Industrial parks are the major carrier of developing industrial economy. They also provide the precious experience to develop the global economy. Not only have they greatly promoted the speed of industrialization and urbanization but also they have effectively lessened the pressure from industry on urban areas. The layout of the industrial areas is the first premise to ensure the successful building an industrial park. Meanwhile, the problem of the logistics transportation in industrial areas is the main problem of the layout of the industrial areas. Based on the relevant theory on logistics, the following thesis points out the drawbacks to the current theory by analyzing the present situations of the layout of the industrial parks. The thesis combines the theory study with practical layout to draw a conclusion and highlights the strategies and solutions to improve the layout of the industrial parks.Section One which consists of Chapter One and Two brings forward the probelm. Chapter One is an introduction, which deals with the background of the thesis research and the cause of the topic. It also gives a general summary of the contents and main structure of the research, stresses its significance and presents the means of the research applied by the writer. Chapter Two focuses on the analysis on the present situation, the development and the layout of the industrial parks. It also introduces the experience of the building of the foreign and domestic industrial areas and analyzes the shortcomings of the present layout of the industrial areas.Section Two is on the analysis of the problem, which is put forward in Chapter Two. This section clearly presents the concepts concerning logistics, the collection and the analysis of the original data and explains the theory of the design of the placement of the system. Moreover, it also focuses on the search for applying the logistic theory to the practical layout of the industrial park.Section Three, consisting of Chapter Four, Five and Six, deals with the solutions to the problem.Beginning with the scale, inner components and function division, Chapter Four studies the effect that the logistics factors have on the plane layout of the industrial parks and probes into several means by which logistics affect the plain layout by using the specific case to analyze and demonstrate how logistic factors are applied in the layout of the industrial parks. Chapter Five consists of two parts. Part One is mainly concerned about the relationship between vertical layout and logistics. According to the geographical features of the mountain city and the choice of the vertical layout, this chapter discusses the logistics factors in the vertical layout of the industrial parks, which are well illustrated by the writer's practical work experience. Part Two probes into the relationship between transportation system and logistics. The study on this aspect ranges from the kind and choice of the transportation system to the road layout and the relationship between logistics transportation with many examples set to justify the writer's arguments.Chapter Six, based on project practice by the example of Zongshen Industrial Park, expatiates on the appliance of logistics factors in the design of the Industrial Park.
