Research On The Plane Layout Planning Of Jingbei Logistics Park In Beijing

As an advanced organization method and management technology, modern logistics has been the basis industry to the social economic developing, as well as its developing level is one of the most important standards of the comprehensive strength of a country. Logistics Park (LP) is the developed result of modern logistics on certain level, it also supports the development of modern logistics and LP is the important node in modern logistics system. A reasonable planned and operated LP can speed up the development of modern logistics in China. The Plane Layout Planning of LP is an important part of LP planning, which can help saving land, enhancing operation level of LP, including inner-zone design, equipments layout, and inner-road design and so on. Through the Plane Layout Planning of LP, the operation efficiency and organizational level can be improved, thereby increase the whole capacity of logistics nodes network and encourage the growth of cities.Combined with the project of Jingbei Logistics Park construction, this thesis research on plane layout planning of LP from the following aspects:(1) This thesis analyzes the contribution and developing status of LP abroad and domestic and found that there were some problems in the process of plane layout planning of LP such as insufficiency use of railway as an important transportation method, lack of quantification method and so on. Then this thesis expounds the meaning of plane layout of LP and set forth a method system and steps of plane planning of LP.(2) Through make use of the cycle method based on economic relation degree, this thesis split three circle of the attract area of Jingbei Logistics Park, and use grey prediction model to calculate the reaching freight volume of Beijing, then come out the freight volume of Beijing based on sending and reaching either by highway or railway. According to the percentage of west-north freight volume of Beijing and main kinds of goods, this thesis analyzes and calculate the freight volume in Jingbei Logistics Park based on different goods category and different transport mode.(3)Through analysis of influence factors that effect on logistics function needs such as the social economic developing level, logistics industry status and so on, this thesis designs the function system of Jingbei Logistics Park basing on different period and level. Then plan the functional zone and calculate the area each zone need. By making use of SLP method and analyzing the logistics relationship and other relationship among each function divisions, a layout suggestion of Jingbei Logistics Park has been built.
