| Our country has given priority to the development of the social logistics system and it has gradually been a national strategy, and the logistics park which is considered as the basic infrastructure of the social logistics system has also been developing fast since the 21 century. However, the function zone of the logistics park’s has a big gap between China and developed countries because of the planning, layout and other reasons. As a result, many scholars both civil and abroad have paid much attention to the problem of logistics planning and layout, but there are still some bottlenecks remain to be further discussed. Once these problems are resolved, it will contribute to the formation and abundance of the theoretical approaches for the logistics park planning and layout in our country, it will also lead the construction and operation in practice.This thesis do some research in the perspective of how to improve the layout function of a logistics park, and the objectives to be researched including the definition of the economic hinterland as well as the layout of internal function. These two layout issues are related. The essence of the definition of the economic hinterland for a logistics zone is to determine the layout which have the relationship of competition in region economy, and then influence the function and efficiency of the logistics park in a microscopic way; and the layout of the internal function is a series of more specific layout problems about facilities, which affect the function of the logistics zone in the way of logistics operation; their relationship is displayed like this:the scope of the hinterland is the basis to determine the demand quantity and structure, and in turn demand quantity and structure affect the size and location of each function area in a logistics zone.To the issue of defining the hinterland of a logistics park,this paper systematically summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the existing research methods. In the case of single measurement factor of the typical potential energy model, and the distance of the Euclidean distance measure lacking of pertinence, the traffic accessibility theory is brought into potential energy model. To obtain the comprehensive strength value which be used to revise "scale" by constructing comprehensive strength index system of the logistics park, and to revise the "distance" by using the traffic accessibility of the GIS cost weighting method, and finally proposed the potential energy model of definition hinterland in a logistics park through the method of traffic accessibility. Then, it is applied to the definition of four logistics parks, by comparing with the results of the logistics park hinterland notential enersv model based on the traffic network weighing Voronoi figure, the rationality of this method is verified.To the issue of layout optimization of internal functions for a logistics park, this dissertation systematically studied from theory modeling, scheme evaluation to simulation. In term of theoretical modeling analysis, the paper review the traditional facilities layout, combine with the layout characteristics, and then get the basic model for the layout of function area and layout of logistics park, which assume both the logistics park and the function area are rectangle. In order to be more practical, this paper free the assumption, combined with slice tree technology, and make the logistics park layout optimization method in the case of assuming the logistics park to be trapezoid, arbitrary quadrilateral, and arbitrary shape respectively.Among them, the GIS raster method showed the thought of how to calculate the function area which is irregular, made out a algorithm to calculate the distance between irregular function zones with the aid of Dijstra algorithm, and make a further development to the algorithm in the case of the existing exclusive function zones or the area to be cut is in concave boundary shape and so on. In addition, since inside most logistics parks there are obstacles or existed facilities such as river, railroad, highway and so on, which will affect the layout of function areas, the paper simultaneously take the logistics park in any possible shape and be divided into chunks by internal obstacles into consideration when optimize the layout, it put forwards the thought of "divide and treat respectively", format a clustering optimizing model and a cutting optimizing model,and separately designed dispersed genetic clustering algorithm and dispersed genetic cutting algorithm based on genetic algorithm and dispersed algorithm search. For scheme evaluation, this paper format the reasonable unction layout evaluation index system from five dimensions, which are the economic, fluency, construction, environment, and flexibility. And using the rough set theorybased on the relationship of advantage to value eight logistics park function zone layout schemes, and through data processing and redundancy analysis, deduced the layout of the logistics park functional area preference model.In the aspect of simulation, the paper constructed a logistics park layout simulation model using FLEXSIM software, and give out proposals of logistics park planning and operation optimization through analyzing the indexes of the statistics. This can also provide useful supplement and lateral validation for theoretical modeling analysis. |
