With the development and improvement of the fourth party logistics,the fourth party logistics has been able to solve the problems such as logistics technology integration,logistics integration and optimization of third-party logistics.How to control the delivery time of logistics is an important research topic of the fourth party logistics.The control of the fourth party logistics delivery time is researched from two perspectives,and establishes two models of delivery time control problem of the fourth party logistics and discusses the solution algorithm of the model.Firstly,in the certainly environment,the speed of transport is determined.Taking transportation costs,transportation routes and third-party logistics agent selection into account,the delivery time control model of the fourth party logistics is established.EM and Genetic algorithm(GA)is applied to solve the model.The results show that the model can achieve the purpose of transportation cost controlling delivery time.Secondly,on the basis of the model above,it is considered that the third party logistics agent may be affected by bad weather and transportation capacity during the transportation process,which leads to uncertainty of delivery time.Making an uncertainty model of 4PL.Improved genetic algorithm(I-GA)is used to calculate this model,EM,genetic algorithm(GA)and genetic-tabu hybrid algorithm(GA-TS)are used to solve the model,the results of the solution are compared with I-GA's.The results show that the fourth-party logistics delivery time control model under the uncertainly circumstances and improved genetic algorithm(I-GA)provide important decision-making for the fourth-party logistics delivery time control problem.Simulation results show that the fourth party logistics delivery time model consider the uncertainty is according to the fact,I-GA can give a solution rapidly and have a near-optimal solution.This provides an important decision-making means for the delivery time control of the fourth party logistics.
