The unbalanced development of the regional economics is a universal problem in many countries .Now, the absolute gap of the level in economics development between the central -western areas and the eastern coastal areas is broaden. So is the opposite gap. So we should focus on how to narrow the gap of the regional economics and how to strengthen the compatibility of the economic growth.Since the adoption of reform and opening policies, Chongqing's economics has entered a new era of rapid development. Especially after 1997, the Chongqing's GDP increase at a higher rate than the national average. Even the financial revenue and expenditure and the regional economics growth increase at a higher rate, but the synchronization and the compatibility are not perfect.The thesis takes the methods of theoretical investigation and example analysis .The thesis takes chongqing's economics for an example, it takes the advantage of the relative mathematical model and financial index to analyses the compatibility between the government revenue and expenditure and the regional economics. Then the thesis talks about how to deal with the problem. First, we should look for some new ways to promote regional economics development by fiscal policies. Second, we should tighten and improve fiscal policies control and find better optimum distribution of financial capital. Third, various supporting measures to promote the regional economics development should have been further complemented and improved, we should not only expand new way to promote economics development, but also to increase efficiency of capital using.
